Winners Circle Art Gallery opened in January, 2009. The building is Owned by Michigan Harp Center and is locally known as Apollo's Lyre and is located at 203 Michigan Avenue in Downtown Grayling, Michigan. Apollo is the Greek god of arts and music. Seems appropriate.

Over the past two years the building has hosted several juried art shows sponsored by Watershed Art Project, an emerging art council in the Grayling area dedicated to the advancement of fine art in the heart of northern Michigan.

Given the success of these juried shows a group of dedicated artists decided it was time to establish a seamless presence in downtown Grayling. Even though the overall economy is still languishing, we felt that now was the time to step up to the plate. When the economy strengthens, it will be known that we are here to serve the needs of those ready to build, remodel, or collect.

The base line criteria for accepting artists is to have received award recognition in a juried fine art exposition. When this hurdle is cleared, our selection committee makes the final choice. We continue to review portfolios in an effort to broaden our appeal and continue to offer the best art available.
